REFUND POLICY
a) As part of our commitment to our clients, Jaxx Productions is confident that you will love our programs! In the case that you have any questions regarding our programs or services, please email info@marleyjaxx.com with the following information:

- Full Name
- Program Name
- Proof of Purchase
- Description of dispute or question

b) Jaxx Productions does not give refunds on digital products or services.

c) Upon successful purchase of any of Jaxx Production’s programs or services, a client has three (3) consecutive days after the effective date to cancel a program or services and receive a refund. All cancellation requests need to be submitted to info@marleyjaxx.com within the stated timeline. Should a client exercise their right to cancel within three (3) days of the effective date, the client will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid to Jaxx Productions. The client understands and agrees that they have no right to cancel a program or service and receive any refund for any reason at any time after the three (3) days following the effective date.
